Dumbarnie Links is a brand new world-class course which opens on the 16th May 2020.
The golf course is on a site of genuine links land that is only minutes away from St Andrews, the “Home of Golf.” This rare piece of land has a mile and a half of sea frontage with panoramic views over the Firth of Forth.
At first glance Dumbarnie Links may have the appearance of the style of the classic links courses where The Open Championship has been played since 1860. However, the extensive 345-acre site at Dumbarnie is particularly special. Its dual elevations, which are connected by a flowing escarpment, have provided the opportunity to create a number of elevated tees where holes play directly towards panoramic views of the expansive Firth of Forth. A further outstanding feature is that a number of tees and greens are in close proximity to the water. In fact, fourteen of the holes have views of the Bay and the Firth of Forth.
we just spent a week with 20 persons in and around aberdeen. it was fabulous! pro scot golf tours organized everything excellent and made this golfing experience unforgettable for all of us. we stayed at the chester hotel and payed 5 magnificent golf courses including royal aberdeen and cruden bay, netherburgh, stonehaven and dee side. it was our 6th trip with pro scot and everyone was an absolute highlight. we will definitely come back.

We got an itinerary with confirmed tee times and dining reservations a year in advance. The golf courses were Turnberry, Prestwick, Royal Troon, St. Andrews Castle, THE OLD COURSE and Carnoustie. Upon arrival John promised that if anything was not to our liking to call him immediately and he would look into it. We never got a chance to test out his promise because everything went perfectly - with several positive surprises. Thanks John and Nicola for making our trip memorable.

We had a guaranteed tee time for the Old Course which was the centerpiece of the trip. And they were very fun and nice people to be around. She ensured we were in the Old Course balloting-system and that we were also checked in for the Old Course singles daily lottery. I was fortunate to secure two opportunities to play the Old Course. Nicola went out her way many times, including traveling back to pick me up from another course to ensure I made my Old Course check in time. She also meet up with me on the 18th tee to follow me in while taking pictures of a very memorable experience. ProScotGolf provides exceptional customer service and value. I will be planning my next trip soon.

John is a knowledgeable and hilarious tour guide - our group really enjoyed his company. John was attentive, punctual, and high energy.
